Sepia is the Michelin-starred room at 123 N Jefferson, on the east edge of the West Loop. Original wood walls, exposed brick and vintage decor make it feel like a private home. Executive chef Kyle Cottle cooks contemporary American with French technique and a close eye on Midwestern seasons. Seatings 5 to 9pm Monday to Thursday, until 10 on Friday and Saturday.
