Rose Mary is Flamm’s Adriatic room: Croatian-Italian, handmade pasta, fish, a reservation that still takes some intention. Tuna crudo to start, agnolotti if it is on, grilled lamb if you want the other coast. It is not red-sauce Chicago and it is not trying to be LÝRA. Book it when the pasta night has to feel like a destination. The room runs hot. That is a compliment.
