Omakase Yume is chef Sangtae Park's sushi counter at 651 W Washington, a one-Michelin-star room. Park trained in Busan, helped open Mirai and Japonais, then ran Badaya and Izakaya Yume before this. Seatings Tuesday to Saturday at 5, 7 and 9pm, booked on Resy. Cancel at least 72 hours out; the fee after that is real.
