Nobu Rooftop is the 11th floor, not the omakase temple downstairs. Sake, small plates, Restaurant Row from above. Tanoshi Hour weekdays 3 to 6 is the only honest price on this roof. Seasonal hours - confirm before you climb. Yellowtail jalapeño, a Japanese Old Fashioned, then look west. This is a lounge with a view, not a tasting. Walk-ins at the bar if the book is tight.
