The note

Why it is on the list

LÝRA is the reason Fulton still feels like a destination after the packing houses left. The patio at Peoria is the postcard; the hearth is the point. Come for mezze and stay for the branzino or the lamb chops — island cooking in a meat grid, loud enough to feel like dinner, not a temple. Book the earlier seating if you actually want to talk. It is not cheap and it is not trying to be. If you live two blocks over, this is the one you take people to when they ask what the neighborhood tastes like.
