Fora sits on the ground floor of The Emily Hotel at Morgan - handmade pasta, seasonal crudo, a patio with fire pits. Chef Marcello Florio’s Italian-global room is the hotel restaurant that actually cooks. Happy hour daily 3 to 5. Chitarra al ragù is the plate. This is not LÝRA and it is not Flamm. It is the Morgan Street door when Green is a circus and you still want pasta in the market.
