Cruz Blanca exists so Restaurant Row is not only white tablecloth. Tacos, brewery beer, a plate you can eat with your hands after Goat. Al pastor and a house pint is the move. It will not replace a serious Mexican destination elsewhere in the city, and it does not need to. It is the casual counterweight on Randolph, and the block is better for it.
