Carbon is modern steak that turns into a late room. Caviar bumps, a cut, then the DJ Thursday through Saturday. Closed Monday and Tuesday. Happy hour 5 to 6:30 is $1 oysters and $8 cocktails before the night gets loud. Come early if you wanted dinner. Come late if you wanted the lounge. Lake Street, not Fulton — plan the extra block.
