Bandit is DineAmic Hospitality's polished-casual neighborhood bar on Randolph in the West Loop - Fulton Market strip, across the street from its sister Bar Siena. It plays like a local sports bar with a chef-driven kitchen: disco waffle fries with Korean braised short rib and kimchi, spicy tuna wonton tacos, crispy mozz thiccs, and the Diplomat, a burger meant for sharing served as sliders on Parker House rolls. Twinkle lights, neon signs, craft cocktails, and a dog-friendly patio with its own pup menu. Happy hour weekdays 4 to 6pm with $5 sliders, $1 wings and $9 cocktails. Brunch Saturday and Sunday until 3pm, plus Friday brunch from 11:30am, with $34.99 bottomless mimosas and Bloody Marys.
